Can You Hear Me Now? - Father John Randall

Published on Apr 17, 2012 by
Watch this GREAT, rousing episode of St. Charles Speaks! produced by Kara Russo and filmed at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Providence, Rhode Island in April 2010! Father John Randall, who passed away in June 2011, is among the best speakers you will ever hear. Filled with the Holy Spirit, he tells it like it is! Many miracles have happened since his death (and many miracles before his death as well) and many can see that Father Randall is on the fast track to Sainthood.
Fr. John Randall, Beloved son of God, Beloved son of Mary, Crusader of the Holy Spirit!

Fr. John Randall, A Great Man of God
Fr. John Randall

A great man of God
7/7/11

TO THE EDITOR: I'd like to thank the RI Catholic for referencing the homily delivered at Fr. John Randall's funeral Mass by his brother Fr. Bob Randall. It was an eloquent and wonderful description of Fr. John's life as a person and priest.

So many, including myself, were touched spiritually by this great man of God. What always struck me was his great ability to relate to the meek, the rich, the poor, the uneducated, and the intellectual, all in the same way, with great love and Christ-like understanding. I truly pray he will become an official saint of the church one day. There are many tributes to him on-line at the Providence Journal obituary section.

It is amazing and edifying to read these and to see how the grace of God was so often manifested through this holy priest of God. He was rightly referred to as one of the "legendary priests of the Diocese of Providence" in the RI Catholic editorial. And yes, he will be sadly missed, and always thought of with great affection by the many whose lives were touched by the Holy Spirit working so wonderfully through him. God bless and keep you Fr. Randall. We will never forget you.

Father John Randall's Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Fr. John Randall

Father of light, from whom every good gift

comes, send your Spirit into our lives with

the power of a might wind, and by the flame

of your wisdom open the horizons of our minds.

Loosen our tongues to sing your praise in words

beyond the power of speech, for without your

Spirit man could never raise his voice in words

of peace or announce the truth that Jesus is Lord

who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit

one God, for ever. Amen

*Those who are led by the Spirit are the sons of God.
St. Paul

Hi Friends, I am so thankful I am part of the St. Charles charismatic community. It is a very strong community that provides me with more than I could ever desire to continue my journey with Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. I also learn things that I need to know. Last night I heard about a Catholic Radio Station that is on 24/7 here in RI on 550AM. It is called Relevant Radio. There is a great web site, www.relevantradio.com and you get get more information on it as well as the daily schedule. It is very educational and informative. I also saw an add on the back page of this week's RI Catholic and an article from Bishop Tobin on Page 3 which you may also want to check out. I sent this to a few friends that are not in RI, but you may want to check the website and see if it is available where you are currently living.

God Bless!
Roberta
